Important Shipping & Handling Information:

Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO and PO Box orders are shipped via USPS only

Orders received after 3 PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day if in stock.

Next day delivery orders must be confirmed by noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday and orders confirmed on Friday after noon PST will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.

The warehouse does not ship on major holidays

We have a large stock of items in our storefront and warehouse in Brookings Oregon. If an item is not in stock when your order is placed, most items turn time is 24 hours. We will notify you via email if we can not ship within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns
If the Item you ordered is not what you expected we will gladly issue a refund of your payment. We require the returned item be in its original packaging with freight paid back to Chetco Marine Supply LLC.
Please be advised there will be a 15 percent restocking fee.
How to Cancel an order
We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. In the event that you wish to cancel this order, the cancellation must take place within 1 hour from the time the order was placed.
